It was first built in the Southern Song Dynasty for two years and is known as the Jianghuai First Floor. After landing, you can see the whole picture of Wanghailou. This building has been repeatedly destroyed, and most of them were destroyed in the fire and started in the prosperous age. According to legend, when Kangxi was revived during the years, heavy rain and thunder began. After the clear sky and cranes, the people were shocked by this image, thinking that the good luck would be more respectful. The recent destruction was in the early days of the Anti-Japanese War. It can be seen that the fate of this building is a sign of the rise and fall of the Chinese nation. In 2006, the Taizhou government decided to rebuild the Wanghai Building.
