丸明是高山最热门餐厅之一，飞驒牛是他家主打产品，除了在店堂吃外，还可以买生牛肉回去自己烹饪！推荐A5飞驒牛大皿，这个拼盘里有西冷，牛小排，瘦肉，牛肉粒四种牛肉，共400克。飞驒牛的雪花纹路相当清晰，看着就非常诱人！牛小排和牛肉粒鲜美多汁，肉质鲜嫩，受到我们一致好评。瘦肉精而不柴，味道比牛小排差了点，但是比起普通牛肉，还是很好吃的。西冷油花多，比较肥美，入口即化，我觉得很棒，小伙伴觉得油了点。5等级飞驒牛寿喜锅比较渣，牛肉是好的,配菜也是新鲜的。然而锅子就是白煮的，不放酱油，调料竟然是花生酱和醋，也没有鸡蛋。实在是画风清奇的奇葩寿喜锅。牛斧饭也还不错，有点石锅拌饭的感觉，但是口味没么重。饭还是挺不错的，既有蔬菜的清香，又有牛肉油脂融化的润泽感。我们三个人一共吃了1000出头，价格在日本牛肉里还算便宜的。📌小Tips：建议在开门前半小时排队，不然排队排死了。
