Tangier Casbah

Tangir is a beautiful city, especially the old town area and castle. The castle built on the hill was previously a fortress for the Spanish invasion. When the weather is good, you can see the Iberian Peninsula in the distance.

Came on March 3, 2019. Tangier Castle is an ancient monument, but Morocco is not so "careful" for the protection of monuments. This can be said to be an ancient city that is still "live", and still full of people, and local residents can demolish the castle according to their needs. Thus, the destruction of the monument is inevitable, but this also makes the monument less distant. Ancient history and modern life are organically combined to form the appearance of this castle in front of you. This style is different from our museum-style protection plan, but it is a reasonable idea. Is this not an organic historical heritage and development?

Tangier 4 (Tangier Castle), built by Portuguese, colonial style, used for military defense, has a strict planning. For example, the city gate, the distance is large, the close is narrow and small, to a certain extent, delaying the enemy's siege. Out of the old city, I saw a rainbow of nearly 180 degrees (Figure 9).

Dangil Castle, located on the sea, is a white castle surrounded by Medina. Standing on the castle, you can see the whole Strait of Gibraltar and Spain at the same time. The castle is well preserved, and there are some artillery of that year. We have a rest here. The scenery is good and the photos are good.

Dangil is the third largest city in Morocco and the largest port city in the north. From here on, the Atlantic Ocean is the place where the unique leisure and romantic atmosphere of coastal cities come to us. Dangil Castle is located in the old city, just by the sea. On the castle, you can see not only the panorama of the old city, but also the harbor of the new area. The blue sea, with the ancient castle, has a unique flavor!
