Duobao Buddha Tower is located in the northwest of Renzhuangzi Village, Wangyanzhuang Township, Guye District, Tangshan City. It is an eight-corner and seven-story imitation wooden structure dense solid brick tower built in the 22nd year of Ming Wanli. In 1988, Duobao Buddha Tower was announced as a key cultural relics protection unit in Tangshan City. The renovation of the tower in 2002 has made the ancient tower, which has been destroyed by a strong earthquake for more than 500 years, better protected. In 2008, it was listed in the catalogue of the fifth batch of key cultural relics protection units in Hebei Province.
