Fort Worth is worth a visit in addition to cowboy town? The printing plant must go to punch in! Except for Washington, DC, this is the only place in the United States where you can print money. Every Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:30, you can come here for a free 45-minute tour through the glass to see how the money everyone loves is printed!
I actually thought the facility was a prison. I hadn't noticed the facilities front entry until after passing thru the road construction near and around the place that I found out what it was. I didn't know this structure was even here until few days ago. Unsure if they provide tours of the interior or day to day operations.
