About Anzac Square

Anzac Square, situated in the core of the delightful seaside city of Brisbane, Australia, is an excellent fascination for anybody visiting, loaded up with history, statues, landmarks, design, and superb long periods of investigating and touring. The focal point of the square is the lavish Shrine of Remembrance, an excellent granite and sandstone commemoration lodging the Eternal Flame of Remembrance, which has been lit since it was committed in 1930 out of appreciation for the people of the Australia and New Zeal and Army Corps. The Second Boer War Memorial, the Korean, Malayan, Borneo commemoration, and the Shrine of Memories, with its dazzling mosaic containing more than 140,000 bits of glass, likewise decorate the square. In the event that history and design are not your thing then you might be keen on visiting the wonderful Anzac Square Arcade shopping mall with its numerous shops and eating places.

The Australian and New Zealand Legion Memorial Square is a small memorial plaza in downtown Brisbane. It is mainly to commemorate the heroic history of the joint army formed by Australia and New Zealand during World War II and the war against Japan and Germany. The square has a flat lawn and a fountain show. It is a good place for citizens to rest and remember history.

The Australian and New Zealand Legion Memorial Square is situated on both sides of the city centre of Brisbane. It is a green space in the metropolitan area. There are many statues of the general of the Australian and New Zealand Legion on the square, in order to commemorate the bravery of the Australian and New Zealand Legion in the First and Second World Wars and make important contributions to the Commonwealth.

The Australian and New Zealand Corps was a native army during the British colonial period in Australia, but it served the British Empire, not Australia itself. This Australian and New Zealand Legion Square is located in many parts of Australia, near the Central Station in Brisbane.

Just in CBD, across the square is the central station. Passing through the square, you will always see people sitting on the grass basking in the sun or having a picnic. You can't miss it. It's worth stopping and experiencing some Brisbane history!

It's a wonderful place to see many statues, trees and gardens. There are many monuments to the soldiers who died in the past wars, as well as the eternal flame in the altar. There are also some very interesting native trees here.

It is said that some of the coalition troops have exchanged hands with my Chinese army on the Korean Peninsula. I don't know what the casualties are.

ANZAC Square of the Australian and New Zealand Legion commemorates a battle on the Turkish Gelibolu Peninsula during the First World War in 1915.
