I visited Matador based on excellent reviews &amp; recommendations from ramen blogs I follow. All I can say is this bowl did not disappoint, I always eat plenty of ramen around Japan and I pick out a lot of highly-recommended &amp; ranked restaurants because I want the best-of-the-best. Matador was certainly one of the best I had! You could put the broth in a thermace and drink it all day, it was that good and perfectly balanced by the three different types of onion. The beef was sensational and noodles were fantastic. I could not fault this bowl. Highly recommended!

Gyukotsu Ramen Matador Main Store

This izakaya tastes very good. The beef sushi inside is delicious. It is served with barbecue sauce. The proportion feels just right. The tempura is not greasy and delicious. The cream corn is definitely different from the domestic one.

Very good tofu cuisine, there are many dishes, colorful, did not expect all of them to be made with tofu, and the taste is different, it feels quite good, very creative, all the dishes are very beautiful.

My mate lives in Kita Senju and he dragged me into this place as he said it was &quot;amazing,&quot; and &quot;cheap and cheerful,&quot; and i am glad he did. It was utterly delicious; the rich and oily beef tendon-based broth was divine and the noodles were chewy and soft. The extra toppings we ordered also went down a treat, especially the egg.
