I spent a very happy 1.5 hours in this park before taking the ferry to Asakusa. The guide proudly showed me their GPS park guide and it was very helpful as I walked around.

Pleasant park, but disappointing color the day we visited
Towards the end of our 2019 momiji trip, we were still looking for color in Tokyo. We were sent here by a TA friend. There was some color but it was not worth the aggravation of getting there. ...
Came from Tokyo Station and wanted to enjoy a nice day in a park. Was a bit disappointed at the Imperial front gardens so my Japanese friend took us here, a western park across the street. Did not dis...
This is not at all like most Japanese gardens, as it was originally based on (and continues to be based on) western ideas of parks. It includes a French-style formal garden, some landscaping in the E...
After passing Hibiya Park for many times, this time was my first time I actually entered the park aiming to visit the X-mas market. Well it appeared not to be there anymore, so I just checked out the ...
Hibiya Park is a public park in Tokyo’s Chiyoda ward. During the Meiji period, the park was used as a military muster area and parade ground. It has become a resting place for workers who gather at lunchtime to have a few minutes break from office-related stresses. On weekends, Hibiya Park is popular among courting couples. It is close to the Imperial Palace and a short walk from Ginza. Park facilities include a library, public tennis courts, restaurants, a flower shop, and an open-air arena where concerts are often held.

So neat to see the juxtaposition of the gardens and the skyscrapers! There is something poetically Japanese about having a big beautiful garden like this one right in the middle of such a big gray city. Definitely one of my favorite things to see in Tokyo!
wooooooooooooaaa
Hibiya Park is great for lunches and late afternoon strolls. There are a number of fountains, ponds and different sections of gardens. Near Tokyo Station, the Imperial Palace and the Imperial Palace Gardens, this is a good place to wind down after a busy day walking around seeing some of Tokyo's most famous sights.
This garden is not big but exquisite, planting a variety of plants according to season, and doing different theme activities in different seasons. I came recently to see the plant light show at night, it is beautifully designed and is a great place for couples to date (laughs)
