YIYI NOTES.

A medieval castle in Toronto In Spanish, Casa Loma Castle means “castle atop the hills.” The architecture is elegant, gorgeous and magnificent. A bronze main gate, extravagant carvings, thick walls and a unique fountain in front of the castle – still as fantastical as ever, and even more beautiful under a clear blue sky. Sir Henry Pellatt, a Canadian millionaire, built this faux-medieval castle in the early 20th century, it seems children who grew up listening to fairy tales and stories all have dreams of princes and princesses, an extravagantly quaint structure. Here, you can have a coffee while gazing out at Toronto’s TV tower next to Lake Ontario. This century old castle also offers occasional performances, concerts and other activities, and you can dine while being taken back to the lifestyle of a medieval royal court. Opening hours: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:30 PM) Admission: CAD 25.00 for adults, CAD 15.00 for children aged 4 to 13, CAD 20.00 for seniors aged 60 and above.
