The place where Emperor godaigo stayed here when he was exiled to Oki
3 ～ 4 km west of Tsuyama city. I visited by bicycle, but it's quite hard. The place where Emperor Go-Daigo stayed when he was washed away to Oki was the place where the guardian of Mimasaka province was located. It is a shrine built with Emperor Go-Daigo, his loyal retainers, and Kojima Takanori as deities since the Meiji era. There are statues and monuments related to Kojima Takanori around, which is also a highlight.
It is a venerable shrine.

Emperor Gouyu
It was built in the Meiji era with Emperor Go-Daigo and his loyal retainer Yoshinori Kojima as the latest. It is a green approach. There is a historical fact that he cut the trunk of the cherry blossoms and wrote a Chinese poem with a cross to comfort the emperor.
