Dining in the cave makes us full of novelty, and Turkey’s famous crock pot meal makes people have a cordial Chinese taste. Except that it is not so juicy, the taste of this crock pot meal is the taste of Chinese rice topped with rice. I believe that friends who are not used to eating exotic meals can eat two more bowls here. Turkish soup always gives me the rhythm of a bowl of fat three kilograms, but it is really delicious with bread.
The biggest feature of dining at the cave restaurant is the braised beef brisket in a crock pot.
When I arrived in Cappadocia, it was almost noon. The first thing I arranged was lunch. Only when I was full would I have energy for fun! Lunch is a Turkish-style clay pot meat, and the dining place is a cave restaurant full of Cappadocia characteristics. When you come to Cappadocia, you must not do without the word "cave", cave restaurants and cave hotels everywhere. If you are a free traveler, you can choose a few more restaurants to taste, and you may have different feelings. The restaurant we chose this time is Evranos Restaurant. I checked it online and the reputation was pretty good. Evranos means Avanos, and Avranos is a famous pottery township in Turkey. I will treat it as Jingdezhen in Turkey, haha! Walking into the cave restaurant, gorgeous retro totems greeted us. We sat by the long table and ate in the cave, a special experience. Next, I will introduce the traditional Turkish clay pot meat. The handsome guy serving the soup for everyone is so cooperative and gave me a super pose. Clay pot meat is made by sautéing beef and mutton with onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and spices evenly, sealed in a jar, and baked in an oven. When eating, use a long-handled knife to knock it open along the mouth of the can, and pour the soup and meat onto the dish. At first glance, it looks like our roasted potato sirloin, but as the aroma hits and is delivered in the mouth, you will know that it is a unique taste.
