The Teleki National Park is a great place to experience the natural beauty of Mongolia near Ulaanbaatar. Here you can see the beautiful grasslands and forests in the valley. These are rare sights. The name Ganden Monastery means the land of bliss. It is nearly 200 years old and was built by the living Buddha of the year. It is now a famous spot in Mongolia. There is a huge Tsongkhapa statue behind the Ochidara Temple. Continue to the end of the main road is the spectacular Ganden Monastery. There are hundreds of portraits of longevity Buddhas and some small Buddha statues. Looking at the big Buddha, it is extremely solemn.
The Genghis Khan Square, formerly known as Sukhbaatar Square, was officially renamed in July 2013. Genghis Khan Square is located in the center of Ulaanbaatar. The National Palace in the north is the seat of the Mongolian President, Government and Parliament. It has a magnificent and large statue of Genghis Khan. The center of Genghis Khan Square has a statue of Mongolian national leader Sukhbaatar riding on horseback.
The Mongolian National History Museum was formerly known as the Revolutionary Museum, located in the northwest corner of the Sukhbaatar Square in Ulaanbaatar. The Mongolian National History Museum consists of three floors. The first floor exhibits include the Mongolian Stone Age ruins and rock carvings. The second floor houses a large collection of national costumes. The third floor displays the representative collections of Mongolian nomadic culture, such as the 12th-century armor and precious letters between Khan and the Pope.
