I was between meetings and this holiday inn was adjacent to my next meeting. No breakfast and famished. Wandered in and found exactly the food I wanted at this buffet. The food / price ratio was appropriate and service friendly. Next time I have a meeting in the area this lunch experience will definitely steer me back this way.

The Gem Garden

This is an external branch of Egyptian resturant. I consider it the best sea food restaurant in UAE from taste point of view. I recommend it all days if the year except in Ramadan as some friends went there in Ramadan and said it was nit same quality.

It&#39;s not bad restaurant. The food quality and taste it&#39;s ok but for my opinion I can find other better restaurants.

Very good foodOne of the best places to have sushi and seafood in Dubai. Though I passed by to book a specific table for 10 for dinner, it turned out that that the lady booked us on another day and our table wasn&rsquo;t available. Harrot and the other waiters were very helpful, they changed the restaurant setup to please us. Very good service, nice view (ski dubai) and ambiance. The food was good except for the pain Perdu. I ordered 2 and they were both burned. Crispy salmon and salmon with ricotta cheese are my favorite dishes. U can park at the kempinski hotel which is very convenient and validate it before going

Having visited this restaurant on many occassions we have never been let down by the extremely high quality of service from the staff - who all deserve to be recognised for their customer service and the amazing selection of food and cakes. Whatever your occassion there is something for everyone here and kids are more than wlecome, it is also an ideal location to pop into the Mall of the Emirates from, do some serious shopping and then pop into the Aspen for a well deserved meal, snack or refreshing drink.

The night did not get off to a good start when we ordered water and forgot to ask for cold water when we ordered water. Waiter returned to pour water at a rather warm room temperature without asking us if that is what we wanted. Normally even the most basic restaurant in Dubai would check first. Starter was very good and substantial. Then it all went downhill. The waiter managed to get the order wrong bringing us both fish despite my partner specifically telling the waiter how the steak should be cooked. After he got it wrong and took it away a waitress came with same food and we explained that it was wrong food. Away she went only for waiter to come back with my main course and put it in front of me. I had to explain that we wanted to eat at same time. He struggled with this and took it away. When food did eventually come it was well presented and very nice. Really good food but spoilt by awful waiting staff. Suspect we won&#39;t be back
