We walked for nearly an hour to get to Restaurante Tapla as it was listed on Trip Advisor as the 2nd best out of 2463 restaurants in Valencia, but it was not worth the effort. We took the Menu del Dia, although there was not a printed copy. My starter Spaghetti Bolognese arrived cold, on a cold plate, which I was expected to eat with a knife and fork. As soon as I had finished it, the second plate arrived, cold Bacalao on a cold plate with some scraps of dried up lettuce. (My partner had pork fillets which although again cold on a cold plate, was tender). The desserts were inedible. The worst meal of a 3 week holiday, and we were in and out in half an hour.
