Stanley Park Pavilion, built in 1913, Swiss style, known as "The Jewel of Stanley Park" (the Pearl of Stanley Park). This rural-style wooden stone building was first used for Vancouver Park Bureau office and tourists' rest. In 1919, the Prince of Wales hosted the families of the dead in World War I. Today, it is a great place to hold weddings and other important ceremonies.
