This regional park has extensive trails that cover large portions of the UBC Endowment Lands. It's great escape from the urban environment. The park is a favourite for walkers, runners, & cyclists.
It's a very large park. As for why it is called the Spirit Park, I really don't understand it. There is no guide and no relevant introduction to see. It is a park with relatively few tourists, and there are lush green trees everywhere

It is divided into several blocks by 16th Street and other streets. Each block is a large-scale park. The design is very good.
