If you want fantastic food, made by the same family here since 1956, try this amazing patisserie, easily the best in Venice and still independent. All the goodies here are of exceptional quality but the FUGASSA is unique. Not to be confused with the salty foccacia, this is like a cross between a souffle and sweet bread and the taste is really, really scrumptious. It has no rivals and takes 30 hours to make. It is ideal for both breakfast or a delicious snack on its own. Unbelievable!
