Natural History Museum

The Natural History Museum is located in downtown Victoria. It is a two-storey house, very small and very inconspicuous. But if you walk in, you will see animal specimens placed at the door. The specimens and information panels inside are also a bit old, but it is a very good place to learn about the local history and biology of Seychelles. In the museum, you can see many maps, as well as plant biological specimens, such as the national treasure sea coconut, and specimens of various fish. Through these, you can gain a deeper understanding of the biota and native flora of the Seychelles' surrounding seas, as well as its national history. Also, here you can see the 4km deep Pacific oil borehole. Here, you can understand and learn knowledge, and the staff are very friendly.
