I happened to live nearby. I walked over and took a look. The church did not open the door too early. It was a majestic building just beside the Danube River. It was said to be a church, but it looked more like a castle, and it was full of weight. After seeing the church, you can take a stroll along the Danube. I have seen the Danube several times in different countries, which left me with a boring impression. This is no exception. Fortunately, a swan and a pair came from somewhere. The duck, has been following us, looking forward to the bread falling from the sky with longing eyes, the swan is very courageous, and has been stretching his neck to grab my mobile phone, quite interesting~
The Franz Joseph Fifty Years Memorial Church is located on the Danube River. It was built in 1898 to commemorate Emperor Joseph's 50 years in power. The church is a masonry structure with a red roof and yellow walls. Numerous spires are staggered and stacked. They are very different from traditional churches. The whole shape is like a medieval castle. The tallest Gothic bell tower is designed to commemorate Queen Elizabeth .
A very beautiful church, but relatively remote, not in the city center, but can be reached by subway, beside the Danube!
