This very interesting old bridge has a beautiful river view and a very charming city view. The trough top of the wall can take interesting photos, and there is a narrow uphill walkway that is always full of tourists, clamoring for the best shooting angle or taking selfies against this background. Fortunately, the temperature was around 20 degrees when we were there, which is surprising in this season. There are several narrow doorways for perfect photos, and those are all sunny places. The sidewalk by the bridge was crowded with people sitting and enjoying the sun. There is a small "beach" where you can stand and look up at the bridge or look for a different angle. This is a beautiful old bridge worth visiting.
This old bridge is very characteristic. It is a red brick building. It was once famous for the German invasion during World War II. You can see the scenery of the ancient city and the mountains from the bridge. The camera angle is really super nice.
The Scaligero Bridge is a fortress on the river built in the 14th century. It has now become the Castelvecchio Civic Museum, where a large number of paintings, jewels and utensils are displayed here, including Bernini, The works of such masters as Sanero are very precious.
An old stone bridge that was damaged during World War II has now been repaired, and it is as old as the old one. Now you can see the scenery on both sides of the bridge.
There are many bridges to enter Verona, the more famous is the Scaligero Bridge which was destroyed by the Germans during World War II. There are brilliant red bricks and gorgeous arches. At the crossroads, there are great photo opportunities to connect the castle to the rest of the old town.
I liked the design of this bridge. When I was researching places to see in Verona, this was one of the sites that came up. My only issue was people carving their names on the walls of the bridge. O...
What a pretty bridge, leads to a nice relaxing park. Plenty of good "selfie" places for the "gram". Musicians play along here and so far we haven't seen any beggars or lucky lucky men trying to sell ...
This is the most iconic bridge in the city. Next to the castle with the same name. Is always full of people. If you want to take your pictures alone, go very early.
A must see when you visit Verona. Old bridge that shows the architectural proficiency of those times, and a romantic one on top - makes for fantastic pictures with the bridge in the background.
A very lovely historical bridge with a great view of the river. This is my favourite attraction when visiting verona because of its historical look. It is very well seeing.
