Three towns on the Danube River | Three styles condensate the essence of Hungary's natural and humanities. The Danube River is the mother river of Hungary. The capital Budapest is the most beautiful pearl on the Danube River. The palaces, castles, churches and other classic buildings on both sides of the Straits have weaved the most for Hungary. First impression. Feel the magnificent royal atmosphere of Budapest, you may wish to go a little further, near Budapest, the Danube Quwan, is the Danube River in Hungary's most gorgeous and colorful section. The right bank is scattered with three different styles of towns, condensing the essence of Hungary's history, humanities and natural scenery, known as the three towns of the Danube. The town of Saint-Andre is like a literary and elegant lady, Visegrad is a handsome man, Estelgom is more like a solemn elder, the characteristics are obvious, each has its own characteristics. 🏠 Szentendre, a small town of San Andre, is known as "Shandandan" in the Chinese circle because of the pronunciation of the name. Cai Yilin's MV "Madrid Unthinking" was also filmed here. The town has been mixed with many ethnic groups since ancient times, and the architectural styles are also diverse. Several spire churches represent the faiths of different ethnic groups. Because it is only half an hour's drive from Budapest, it is loved by many artists and writers and dramatists. Various exhibitions, festivals and performances are constantly on the year round. The main street is full of shops, lively and extraordinary, and the sculptures, paintings and crafts are fascinating. Leaving the downtown area and walking down the winding alley into the depths, you will find that residents still enjoy quiet country life here, and primary school students will play in the church square during class, like entering an old movie. 🏯 Visegrád Visegrád is not far from St. Andre, located in the arms of the Danube River, with alpine canyons, forest springs interlaced, and the terrain is dangerous. It has been a must-see place for soldiers since ancient times. The ancient Romans built a castle here, and the 2nd century was one of the palaces of the King of Hungary. King Karloy I of Hungary invited the Bohemian and Polish kings to hold a cooperation meeting in the small town to establish the first Central European Union. Unfortunately, the castle was left in ruins, but if physical strength allows, you can climb the fortress "Cloud Fort" on the top of the mountain, overlooking the big bend of the Danube. We watched the ancient warrior-dressed actors practice riding, taming eagles, wearing Chinese clothes at the Renaissance restaurant at the foot of the mountain, enjoying a special medieval lunch, wilderness cliffs, deserted castles, past glory and memory, this feeling of crossing is indescribable. ⛪️ Esztergom Town is the original Hungarian king's coronation and the headquarters of Hungarian Christianity. It was the capital of Hungary, the residence of the Royal, and the capital was moved to Visegrad until Bello IV, and later to Budapest. On the hills of the old city, there is the first and second "Estelgom Cathedral" in the country and Europe. It is treasured with the works of Michelangelo and other famous artists. The legendary bishop MINDSZENTY (Mindsen) who has been pursuing freedom for a lifetime is buried in the church, which is admired by the Hungarian people. Although the history is so heavy, the town is now quiet and pastoral. The beautiful Danube River can be seen from the back of the church. The bridge, named after Princess Sisi's daughter, Princess Valeria, spans the Danube and across the bank is Slovakia, which is the best place to enjoy panoramic views of the town. Three small towns with different styles can be said to be the epitome of Hungarian history, and also concentrate the essence of Danube culture. It is worth leaving for a day or two to savor. #World in my eyes #Good place to travel outbound #Ancient town and ancient village worth visiting
