Taibaiyan Park

Taibaiyan is located in the north of the main urban area of Wanzhou, with a height of about 400 meters, a length of about 3 kilometers and an area of 40 hectares. Taibai Rock has the advantage of "Baiyan Fairy Trace" among the eight scenic spots in Wanzhou. It has the advantages of natural scenery and is famous for its ancient and modern inscriptions. Since the Tang and Song Dynasties, it has been known as a scenic spot in Wanzhou. There are three big characters of "Guande Pavilion" in the Song Dynasty stone wall on the half-mountain mountain of Taibaiyan. During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, Cao Xuequan, a Sichuan census historian, came to Wan and pointed out that Li Bai, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, once studied in Xishan, and built the "Taibai Temple". There are more than 40 rock carvings in Taibaiyan. The three characters of "Taibaiyan" are clearly visible during the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty. It is listed as a scenic spot in China by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. In the scenic area, there are the "950,000 County Massacre" Anti-British Martyrs Memorial Hall and the 9th Five-Year Massacre Monument. Taibaiyan has excellent scenery, beautiful plants and trees, and the victory of forest springs. Climbing to the top of the mountain, you can not only feel the ancient feelings, express the ambition of hard work, but also have a panoramic view of Wanzhou and appreciate the beauty of the rivers and mountains. It is a frequent place for citizens and foreign tourists to visit. Since it is called "Taibai", it is natural that it cannot be separated from Li Bai.
