If you&#39;re looking for a nice spot to land for dinner, pick this one. My first trip here, but not the last. Ordered a large salad, pan and tomatoes (yum!) tortilla potato, fried duck on fris&eacute;e greens, croquettes, hangar steak (worth every cent,) and flan. We ordered too much, but it was irresistible. Not even an expensive night and we could have easily fed another. Loved the team in place, too. Thanks to Haley and crew for a wonderful dinner.

2 Amys Neapolitan Pizzeria, a local Italian restaurant in Washington that is especially loved by locals. We chose a window location. The environmental view is quite good. The price here is also relatively affordable and the weight is more.

My new favorite D.C. restaurant the tapas selection is wonderful.  The paella is outstanding.  The atmosphere and service are impeccable.  We ordered an assortment of tapas for the four of us and 1/2 a paella.  It just doesn&apos;t get any better than this.

We recently spent an evening at Barcelona Wine Bar with friends and really enjoyed ourselves. The food was excellent and the servers were patient and helpful with suggestions. The wine list is really interesting and everything we tasted was enjoyable. We&apos;d like to go back and work our way through the menu, but if we do, we&apos;ll likely opt to go sometime other than a Saturday night. The place is very popular and gets very crowded - with lots of people crowding the bar. It was LOUD and felt fairly chaotic as the evening wore on.  First the good -- we really enjoyed their wines, which are offered by the 3oz or 6oz pour or by the bottle. You can put together your own fight or choose one of the ones featured on the menu. I really appreciated getting to try unfamiliar varietals and to compare and contrast wines from various regions. The food was also fantastic. We especially enjoyed the  duck confit croquettes, gambas, farro salad, chocolate cake, and burnt basque cheesecake. Truly, I wish we could have tried everything on the menu. The table next to us ordered paella and it smelled incredible.  Areas for improvement -- for a wine bar, very little attention was paid to identifying the wines as they were being put on the table. The place is loud, so it was hard to hear the servers as they put them down. Many other wine bars tag or label the glasses when you are getting a flight or multiple selections. It would be great if this place would do something similar. It would go a long way to make this a better experience. Also we noted that when dishes were brought for the table, there were no serving spoons or forks. That&apos;s fine for croquettes, but the farro salad definitely needed a serving spoon. (They brought us  serving utensils quickly when we requested them.) I&apos;ve eaten tapas a lot, so am used to the "comes as its ready" approach, but some of our dishes took so long to come to the table that we thought they had been forgotten. Great Tapas, Good Service, Chaotic Atmosphere

We were visiting our cousins in DC and found this restaurant online near their home.  We ordered  a variety of tapas to take home and they were wonderful.. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Tapas, tapas, tapas. Great choices, and great service. The fish and the meat plates are also great (actually grilled and you can taste it)

Spent an evening here recently with a friends. Tapas are great and creative; prices reflective of a big city. Our party stumbled into a difficult situation with another patron, and the restaurant protected us with truly exceptional grace and kindness. Kudos to manager Jason and the entire waitstaff, including our water Sahib. These people care about running a professional establishment above and beyond delicious food!

Very nice interiors, casual dining, with extensive menu of small plates. Unfortunately the small plates were disappointing in taste compared to other Tapas venues. However, Paella is well worth going back for when you can share with others.
