Bistro 525 is located inside the Washington Court Hotel on Capital Hill. As we were staying at the hotel we really felt no need to eat or drink anywhere else, especially after our 1st night after our late arrival, we sat in the bar area for a late supper and bartenders Tony & Michael where FANTASTIC!!! The food is really good. I would recommend the Federal Burger - YUM!!! Tony and Michael; later Tony & Denny were great! Very personable, provided great service and honest opinions on what to select from the menu. Everything we ate was delicious, upscale, well made food and the bar experience was the best. We would definitely go back to Bistro 525 when visiting D.C. again.
