What a great place! Probably seats 30 people. Unbelievable. I had the veal Parmesan and it was probably best I&#39;ve had. Wine list not extensive but had a nice Italian wine for 30 bucks. Ricardo are waiter was excellent and gave us perfect service. A true diamond in the rough. It&#39;s not the high end Capitol Hill type places that lobbyists go to but if you want a good home cooked Italian meal in a family type atmosphere this place is for you. Also I paid over 4 long wheel base 10&#39;s for dinner last night and had a better meal tonight and it was less than 2 big ones!

Not bad American-style small shop, the American coffee inside tastes very good, the meatballs inside are very delicious, the vegetables are mixed inside, it is not so greasy to eat, the noodles are decent.

It&#39;s just a small tavern on the side of the road. I didn&#39;t expect the dishes to be so exquisite. The beef and lamb chops inside are delicious. Although the quality of the cake ice cream is not high, the taste is good and it is a very affordable shop.

Said to be German food, but did not find German pig hands and German beer. It may come too early, so many dishes are not available, eat a similar thing to breakfast, taste good, scrambled eggs are very slippery.

Leaving DC to catch a train after morning meetings I needed something quick to eat....McDonald&#39;s fit that bill. I placed my order and was able to get the 2 for $2.00 deal; I was unaware of it but the cashier automatically applied it. I ordered a McDouble and decided to try the mozzarella sticks. Even though they were crazy busy they were turning out the orders very quickly; I had my food in about 2 minutes. Grabbing my bag and heading for my train I was worried that everything would be cold by the time I was able to eat. I was pleasantly surprised when everything was still hot. The burger was made the way I ordered it and very good. Even though the mozzarella stick order is 3 small sticks and there was no sauce, they were very tasty, and yes, they did have cheese. I was very happy with the speed of service and my food, so when I&#39;m back in DC I&#39;m coming back to this McDonald&#39;s.

I have frequented the Pub twice ~ each time was beyond delicious! Loved the red sangaria, love the hot hot chicken sandwich, the whiskey burger, wow!

I have to say this is a great Italian place. About 6-7 years ago my husband and I had a really bad experience with the staff (rude and impolite) but it looks like they changed the staff and the new guys are just great. Last year, we were invited to a dinner there and even though we were not that excited because of our previous experience we went for it and it was totally worth it. The new staff is very nice and accommodating. The food is just great. The place is small and cozy so its a great restaurant for a nice date out with the hubby and/or the kids. Although it is also a good restaurant for a small business dinner (I know people on the Hill go there). The food is very traditional: antipastos, salads, pastas and pizzas. Their pizzas are one of the best on Capitol Hill. My husband and I have been ordering their pizzas for years and we still love them. They are always very accommodating with our instructions for the pizza. Their pastas are great too. I always ask for the Alfredo Florentine (with broccoli instead of spinach) and it never disappoints. The hubby loves their pasta with meat sauce. We haven&#39;t had any problems when asking for substitutions which i love because nothing is more annoying than not being able to order the food the way you like it. They have also been very accommodating to our friends with dietary restrictions which is also a plus since we now have another great place to meet with them without having to worry about their food. This is a nice and traditional italian restaurant. It is not super cheap because it is Capitol Hill but their prices are very reasonable, the food is delicious, and the staff is great.

Arrived in DC late Saturday afternoon and had reservations here based on good reviews and walking distance from our Airb&amp;b. What a lovely, lovely restaurant. Service impeccable, meals were wonderful, ambience great. Recommend the chicken francaise or chicken marsala. Wish we lived closer, I think this would be our &#39;go to spot!&#39;

Has a nice atmosphere. Very small restaurant (maybe 10-11 tables). Good service. My eggplant parm was ok. My friend&#39;s shrimp and scallops pasta was ok. Caesar salad was ok. The food is decent, but it&#39;s not something I&#39;m dying to go back for. If you like traditional tiramisu, don&#39;t order it here. It&#39;s more like a white and chocolate layered cake with light frosting.
