A restaurant that uses local seasonal ingredients for cooking, and a restaurant that focuses on European and American literature and art. It will give people a very special traditional cuisine, open kitchen, clean and tidy. The steak and ham are fresh and tender, and the desserts are exquisite and delicious.
[Service] Ctrip can reserve seats, eliminating the cumbersome call.
[Taste] The dishes are good, the beef ribs are delicious, the meat is chewy, the seafood in it is also very good, the senbei is very big.
The food, service and decor are top notch. We are a party of seven, with reservations at 9pm. We showed up to the bar at 8:45. The bar staff were professional and very friendly. By 9:10 we were told that the table would be ready in five minutes. At 25 our table. The manager apologized and provided a tray of supplementary oysters and cooked food, which was delicious, thanks. The main dishes are wonderful and the wine service is good. The overall price is expensive, but worth it.
Among them, there is a well-deserved Michelin-star service for the second consecutive year, which deeply tastes the most advanced service of American fares. We have a group of 12 after Thanksgiving, sitting in a semi-private space down to the kitchen, usually the host’s chef’s table. >Look at the chef preparing the bone marrow starter while listening to our waiter's description. Believe that more than half of the orders in the United States, this is its outstanding decay! Others have foie gras and soup starters. The main course we sampled includes steak, duck, fish, and cuttlefish noodles and scallops. The preparation is balanced and complex, and not fussy. We share the menu (at least one in each item on the menu). Everything was delicious, but I was a little disappointed by the lack of crisis of BDT fries (mashed potatoes were made into the size of fries and then fried). We shared some desserts, the most memorable one is coconut ice cream. This dinner is the most memorable, a perfect evening, with excellent and not flashy food. Definitely a place for special occasions.
From the moment you arrive to the last moment of dinner and departure, you will be taken care of, eating and drinking some of the best things you have. Our server, Shankar, immediately saw that I was an alcoholic and opened up more options for my drinking pleasure. The rest of the service is equally attentive and warm. I had a strip steak with wild mushrooms and spinach next to it. Everything is top-notch; however, the sauce made from this steak, a Leisi is definitely the best I have ever tasted. >The other two shared houses dedicated ducks. I don't know all the details of how they do it, but order it! I can't taste it, the fish I'm allergic to and the spicy soy sauce made from anchovies at home. unfair! Dessert cream pudding-i thought I might not go home in order to get more!
