[Taste] Authentic American food, the portion is super large, and the fried fish pieces are topped with oily sauce and taste very good.
[Environment] The environment is relatively ordinary, but the decoration inside is good, and the dishes are very clean.
The menu is creative and the cocktails are great. We like our food. The chef made the preparation of the signature Japanese ingredients (perilla; hijiki; scallops) that are very useful, otherwise the new American, with fresh local ingredients.
Went to dinner with a few friends. awesome. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed, and someone takes your coat and walks you through a very cute restaurant. The waiting staff are great, my cup is never empty, they are always ready to help do whatever they can. We were with some young children, and one of the staff, John, got along well with them and was very naughty. I really didn't expect them to welcome children so much, but they are really great. The food is great, everything smells fresh. I ate tuna and it tasted great! I can't wait to return to DC to eat in this restaurant again.
I am very satisfied with the American and Canadian flavors here. It is not easy to find this shop on the street, but it is worth a visit. The price in Washington DC is very reasonable and the environment is good. In cold winters, good weather is really rare. Do not hesitate to seize the opportunity to go out.
We read some reviews and liked the concept of fork. I came here on business, we decided to give it a try and it was very close to our hotel. What a good meal, as a chef, I can be a food snob, our dinner is really good. I have thin slices of lobster, fluke and finished tart statin. Everything is cooked very well and tastes good. The waiting staff are professional and attentive. This is the perfect ending of a long day.
