This restaurant is one of the few authentic Latin American places in DC. The place looks really run down, but the quality of the food and service has nothing to do with the look. I tried several dishes and they were all real good. Salvadorean beer, ceviche, pupusas and fresh corn tortillas are really a must. I will likely eat at Judy's on my next visit to DC. I highly recommend it.
