For a Tuesday night, it was pretty good to go to a chill spot and unwind with a glass of Mondavi Cabernet Savignon while listening to a jazz jam session! Excellent!! It was just a group of artists who played different instruments that decided to get together and play.....Lucky us! The atmosphere was great and relaxing, customer service was top notch and the crowd was very mature, friendly and mellow. Loved it!
I'm originally from the DC area and used to frequent this place a lot. I will say it has changed quite a bit. I was visiting my family in Delaware and decided to go here for awhile. There was a local band playing. The food was pretty good and the drink the bartender made was excellent. I will say I am not a lightweight when it comes to drinking but this all I needed was one! It was strong but very tasty. The crowd was very light, much lighter than to be expected for a Saturday night but I actually preferred it that way. I think the cover price is really high considering it was just a local band playing that didn't even start until after 11:00 pm and they close at 2:00 or 3:00. I was a bit dissapointed in that but overall I enjoyed the night.
