What people are saying:

There are many so-called ancient cities in China, but there are few true ancient cities. Anshan ancient city is a veritable ancient city. There is culture and history, there is food, there are many aborigines.

Spend a few hours enjoying the lovely lanes of the old city. They are lined with interesting shops and food vendors. One to two hours is all you need.

Additional Information

Introduction

The Weishan Ancient City is located in the town of Daishan County in the south of Dali. It is also known as the ancient city of Nanxun. It is the capital of the early Nanzhao Kingdom and the famous caravan city on the ancient Tea Horse Road. The construction of Weishan Ancient City is very well preserved. There are many historical sites with southwestern features. It can be said that it is a museum of the ancient country of Nanxun. Compared with the lively Dali, the ancient city of Lushan is much quieter. In addition to the quaint houses, the main attraction in the city is the old buildings in the city, including the Gongchen Building, the Star Arch Building, and the Xuanzhu View. Not to be missed is the food in the ancient city, so you can't forget it if you eat it.
