Where to eat in winter? Fish first recommended Da Xi'an! The food in the north can always reveal the boldness of the northerners. In the cold winter, when the waiter comes up with a large bowl of hot mutton, the happiness and satisfaction will overflow! This time, I will introduce Xi'an's famous Huimin Street.
Xi'an people call it 'fangs', don't underestimate here, Huimin Street has nearly a thousand years of history, it is not a street, but a region, quite big, Guangji Street, North Gate, West Sheep City, Dapiyuan, sprinkling Jinqiao called these names all want to follow the beat, and you are stunned, there is too much delicious on the tip of the tongue!
There is no luxury decoration here, but a hot pot of hot air is on the side of the road, the seat is scattered around the road, the steamer is hot, and the dialect of the place is full of words, and the features of our northwest are vividly displayed here. It is a paradise for food, and it is filled with the smell of old Xian.
From the Huimin Street mouth, starting from the famous Wujia Xiaochao, the small stir-fry is also very particular, the small point is good, the beef and mutton soup is cooked, and then the side dish is added. Finished vinegar, add spicy noodles. The fire is sauted and the pan is hot and fragrant. I can't eat the little rush, and it's an experience to sit down and chat with friends. When you eat, you must have a local drink from Xi'an - Ice Peak! The taste of old Xi'an, I grew up drinking it!
Take the cool skin, rice cake, noodles, barbecue..... countless foods can be eaten for a day! Let the whole winter become warm and lovely.

Pretty nice place with delicious food! Please, take a walk inside of quarter, there everything is for local residents, so, that means much cheaper. Thus I'm living in this city, every weekend I'm taking my wife with me for promenade there. Traditional sweets are pretty tasty. Also my favorite dish is 牛肉水泡, just do not hesitate and try it! Good soup
the street is clean and diverse. the food is the best thing there. if you want Xi'an food go for the Muslim restaurant. '
A definite must-see in Xi’an! If you love street food and a great, lovely atmosphere (I certainly do!) then you’ll love this street. Stroll up it in sunshine, rain, daylight or late evening, and try all the tasty treats on offer. Make sure you have money on your WeChat for lots of spends!
I go there regularly and always enjoy people watching. if you can, allow time to go off the main street, the smaller shops in the side streets are more authentic and are cheaper. the further away from the tourist area you go, the more locals and the more interesting it is. be prepared to bargain, the more than likely will be other shops that sell the same thing. at the first shop you see it be prepared to walk away, the price they call out as you walk away is the genuine price. some shops have set prices. Home Of Helen, is a set price shop. Helen will write whatever you want in Chinese for you. she has a extensive array of scrolls to choose from. Also be prepared to try the local food. again, it is cheaper and better away from the main area of the Quarter.
