The Shengquan Temple was built in the Northern Song Dynasty. It is named after a “sacred spring” next to the temple. The sacred spring is small in size but consistent throughout the year. Local people often fill up their water here. The architecture of the temple has been weathered by the passage of time. Several ancient stone monuments stand at the front of the temple. When visitors enter the temple, they can see the Release Pool. In the center of the pool, there is a statue of Guanyin. The Dragon King Hall and the Heavenly King Hall are located nearby.
