Tianzhu Church

Guilin Catholic Church is located at No. 48 Jiefang East Road in the city center, not far from the Christian Church, but much larger than the Christian Church. The Catholic Church has a high cross on the top, glass windows, some mysterious colors.

The location is next to Guilin Cross Street. It is the downtown old town of Guilin. Although the area is small, the surrounding area is relatively quiet and suitable for religious worship. This church has been around for some years. The religious masses will flock to each major festival.

The church is in a prime location, just on the main road Jiefang East Road, opposite the north exit of Zhengyang Road Pedestrian Street, and on the west side of Jingjiang Wangcheng. However, compared with the bustling crowds around, this place is indeed very quiet. We are not coming on Sundays, and the door is locked. However, the church is a newly built building, only as a religious place, there is not much artistic charm. There is also a small garden between the church and the road, which is quite mysterious to peek through the flowers from the outside. The stone table and stool in the garden have been damaged and hope to be repaired as soon as possible.

Guilin's current Catholic church was built in the early 2000s and replaced the old church in the 1930s. It is the only Catholic church in Guilin, located at No. 48 Jiefang East Road. It is close to the center of Guilin.

The Catholic churches visited were all solemn and beautiful, as was the Catholic Church on Ningbo Yaoxing Street. Entering the Catholic Church, it was when the dispersion was carried out. The first Catholic missionary to Ningbo in history is Portuguese. Later intermittent missionaries in Ningbo, there were Italians, Portuguese, Spaniards, French. The first person who bought land to build the Catholic Church on Pharmaceutical Street was a French missionary.
