Lu's Golden Millet Dream Temple

Lu's Golden Millet Dream Temple is located in northern Handan. It was built during the Song dynasty and renovated and expanded during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The central buildings are the Outer Hall, the Lu Ancestral Hall, and Lu Sheng Hall. The Ancestral Hall is the main hall of the temple and contains portraits of Lu Dongbin. At the front of the temple is a worship hall and platform, flanked by Queen's Hall to the east and Nobility Hall to the west. Behind the Ancestral Hall is Lu Sheng Hall with a large stone carving of Lu Sheng sleeping on his side. In the front corridor are Ming and Qing dynasty stone tablets.
