Ghee flower is a special technique of using ghee (butter) to shape an image. It is one of the "Three Wonders of Ta'er Temple" (ghee flower, mural, pile embroidery). As early as 2006, the Taer Temple butter flower was approved by the State Council to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage lists. Now a special butter flower museum has been built in the Ta’er Temple. The museum displays various colors and beautifully designed butter flower products, and has related introductions to the history and culture of this art.
