The former site of the Security Revolution, located at the foothills of the North Paolou Mountain, Zhidan County, Shaanxi Province, was the seat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China from July 3, 1936 to January 10, 1937. After the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Chairman Mao Zedong came to Zhidan, the local residents took the initiative to vacate them for residence and office. The older generation of proletarian revolutionaries such as Zhang Wentian, Zhou Enlai, Bo Gu, Zhu De, Wang Jiaxiang, Li Weihan, Lin Yuying, etc. also fought and lived here. Now it is the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
The former site of Baoan Revolution is located in Zhidan County. The inside is very clean, ི, Chairman Mao and the others lived here for two years before going to Yan'an. The cave dwellings are excavated from stones, which is very special. The furnishings inside are very simple. There are kangs, tables, wardrobes, and bookcases. The older generation of revolutionaries really worked hard.
From 1937 to 1947, Yan'an has always been the seat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the capital of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, the guiding center and general rear of the Chinese revolution, and the sacred land of the revolution.
