#hangzhoutrip With the summer 🏝️ time just about to end, these gardens in the Buddha temple oftentimes provide the respite not only for small birds 🕊️ but also for humans. Although the waterfall 💦 is quite an artificial setup, it's effect on people is purely natural with such cool breeze 🌬️. We enjoyed it the most by seeing the blooming flowers 🌺 and the non tiring fishes 🐟; and particularly this place also had 🐢 tortoises which is quite a rare sight as I only have seen turtles (they're quite different) in most places. There were little mounts to climb to and see & of course take pictures 😄 It also has references from people have traveled from other south east Asian 🌏 countries, which is a truly fascinating thing to think about their travel experience in age of bullock carts 🐂 and horses 🐎 #tripblazers#urbanexplorer#ukcreator

#hangzhoutrip Coming from the land of the prince 👑 Siddhartha (aka Buddha 😉) it's hard not to get mesmerized by that serene face, that has brought purpose to this world 🌍 One such purposeful visit is to the Jingci temple along with my teammates, as part of office excursion tho 😜 The place was completely filled with plants ☘️ zen-mode fishes 🐠🐟 and those perfect arcs at every entrance which resembles the traditional Chinese architecture ⛩️. This thousand years old temple is now 1 of the four ancient temples in Hangzhou and famous with its Nan Ping Wan Zhong Bell which it was known as 1 of scenic place in the Westlake. Visiting here, the entrance fee costs only RMB 10 where you just require to purchase the ticket at the entrance. Highly recommend everyone to spend around 2 hours here as the temple is very huge and there are a lot of photogenic areas for you to take picture with especially with its yellow wall. Jingci Temple, located on the south bank of West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, opposite Leifeng Tower, is one of the four ancient temples in the history of West Lake and one of the famous temples in China. Because the bell in the temple is loud, the 'Evening Bell at Nanping' has become one of the 'Ten Scenes of West Lake'. The temple is located under Huirifeng of Nanping Mountain in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. It was built in 954 AD by Qian Hongchu of Wuyue State for the Zen master Yongming, originally named Yongming Zen Temple; it was renamed Jingci Temple during the Southern Song Dynasty and built the Hall of Five Hundred Arhats. Jingci Temple, repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt, the temple, mountain gate, bell tower, rear hall, ancient well of Yunmu and Jigong Hall, were all rebuilt in the 1980s. The main hall is a single-layered double-eave structure with yellow glazed tile ridges, which is more solemn and grand. Especially a newly cast bronze bell weighing more than 100 kilograms, cast with the 'Lotus Sutra' written by Zhao Puchu and others, totaling 68,000 words. Every dusk, the melodious bell rings in the vast twilight of West Lake, arousing people's infinite thoughts.
