Shunhuangshan National Forest Park is located within Dongan county. The park is divided into three sites, namely Yangjiangyuan (the riversource of Yangjiang), Matoushan Mountain, and Yubiyuan, in addition to tourist attractions including the hunting field of Rongyuling (Honor Peak), Chengqiangshi (Rampart Stones) and the Cliff of Shunhuang (the Sagacious Ruler of Shun). Waterfalls of various sizes are strewn across the park, which is also home to many karst caves. In particular, the Cliff of Shunhuang, a site for which development is now completed, was formed by stalactite grottoes, where one may find naturally chiseled sculptures including stalagmites, stalactites, and lotus towers. The brook of E’huangxi at Shunhuangshan Mountain, nicknamed “Butterfly Kingdom”, also makes for a great sightseeing spot for tourists.
