Virginia State Capitol

The Virginia State House (Virginia Capitol building) is the seat of the state government of Virginia, located in the capital of Virginia, Richmond, and is the oldest elected legislature in North America, the Virginia Assembly, which was first established in 1619. The statehouse was designed by Thomas Jefferson (Thomas Jefferson) and Charles Louis Cresseau of France, based on Nim's Maison Carrée. Built in 1785 and completed in 1788.

Paladio-style is an Italian Renaissance-style building that inherited the ancient Greek and Roman architectural style. The floor in front of the Houses of Parliament is the Virginia State Emblem (the tyrant of Virginia's protection goddess and goddess who stepped on the crown). The Virginia House of Parliament (Virgenia State Capitol) is built on a hill surrounded by gardens, and there are statues of Virginia celebrities such as Washington, Robert Lee and others in the garden.

Really grand building in the heart of Richmond. It houses the state government and is a bit different from other capitol buildings. There are lovely columns on this building!

Virginia Parliament Building. The Virginia Parliament Building has been open since 1785 and was designed by Thomas Jefferson and others. To commemorate the victory of the American War of Independence, Jefferson ordered the French architect Charles to copy the building in Richmond in the form of a 16th-century Roman temple in southern France. The original design model is now on display inside the building, and visitors can visit it at will. However, because it was late, we missed the last admission time at 4 o'clock. We could only see the beauty outside. However, the entire Parliament Building Square was still open, and the surrounding buildings and scenery were good. It took an hour to walk around and visit. Still worth it
