之前在成都出差的时候，曾经品尝过谭鸭血老火锅，这次来到岳阳本来应该吃湘菜的，但是看到了这一家谭鸭血，顿时就非常想吃火锅了。不得不佩服这家店在门店管理上面的用心，从进店开始的服务到门店的设计，都和我在成都几乎是一个水平线的。所以口味吃起来自然就没有太大的区别了。很喜欢他们家的锅底，不像有些四川或者是重庆火锅那样，只有油花椒和佐料。他们会给各位展示出最新鲜的食材，这点也是我们每一位吃火锅的人都非常担心的事情，也是非常关心的事情。我每次吃火锅都会选择的毛肚，牛肉和羊肉，在他们家的品质也不错，但是有一点希望能够改进的，就是如果能够结合湘菜的方法，加入一些湖南的味道可能会更接地气
