Xinjiangtianzhu Church

The Catholic Church of Xinyi is a large Catholic church in Xinyi County, Shanxi Province, China, and the Catholic Church of Xinyi (Yuncheng) Diocese is located on the high cliff at the top of the North Street of Xinyi County. Xinyi is the earliest place to enter Catholicism in Shanxi Province, 1620 (Ming Dynasty Wanli 48 years), Italian priest Ajulius came to Zhangzhou, established the first Catholic church in Shanxi Province.

In 1620 (48 years of the Ming Dynasty), Italian priest Ajulius came to Zhangzhou to establish the first Catholic church in Shanxi Province. The new catholic church is a fine art in China's existing gothic churches, and the catholic churches in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Qingdao are also called the four major gothic churches in China. It is said that in March 1938, Dr Bethune went to Yan'an to pass through Xinxu, where he stayed at the church.

The new church is located on the north mountain of the city, also in the city, the appearance is very tall, the architectural style is said to be rare in the country, remember it seems to be Gothic style. The whole building is very well preserved.
