Yuhuang Pavillon

The ancient buildings of Yuhuang Pavilion, starting from this gate, every building is primitive and magnificent~ In ancient times, it was a famous Taoist temple. In the compound, there are plum trees, cuibai, crape myrtle, and golden osmanthus from the Ming Dynasty. The existing painting "Twenty-Eight Constellations" on the top of the main hall can be called "Nuo Deng Yi Jue", which has certain reference value in the study of ancient Chinese cosmology, astronomy, art, and architecture. According to Sister Hua, the four pillars were all made of an old tree. Originally there was a beautiful and gorgeous Panlong on each of them, which was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. Now only the wedge holes left on the pillars can be seen. During the Anti-Japanese War, some flying tiger crew members crashed here and took pictures of the original appearance of the Jade Emperor Pavilion. I hope that the old photos can be found and cannot be restored. It is also good to show them here. Let us worship the wisdom of the ancients. The quiet room at the back has been abandoned, the Jade Emperor Pavilion is under repair, and the tourist public toilet is being repaired at the entrance. It is estimated that the days when it is enclosed for a fee to visit is just around the corner.

There is a direct bus to Nuodeng from the bus station in Yunlong County. The terminal is at Nuodeng parking lot, the whole journey is 3 yuan/person. The parking lot goes up along the road and the river, usually to the second bridge to cross the bridge and enter Nuodeng Village. The part that does not cross the bridge is usually called "Hedong Folk House" or "Hedong Village". After entering Nuodeng Village, I started to climb up, first to the big green tree, then continue to climb up from the right side of the big green tree, and finally to the Tengjiao Qifeng Archway. After passing the archway, do not take the fork or go up the road to the Confucian Temple Go left and you will reach the Yuhuang Pavilion. It is a very beautiful three-story building. It will be repaired when you go. There is no floor separation inside the building. Like many Feng Shui towers, you can clearly count how many floors there are on the outside, but the inside can be seen to the top. The top has a very beautiful The murals look very interesting. There is also another saying that the buildings starting from the Tengjiao Qifeng Archway, including the Confucian Temple and the Jade Emperor Pavilion, are collectively referred to as the Jade Emperor Pavilion complex.

Nuodeng • Jade Emperor Pavilion The 500-year-old Taoist ancient building hidden deep in Nuodeng Village is the crystallization of the wisdom and power of the ancients. Unfortunately, it was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution and has not been fully developed and renovated.
