Qianfo Mountain is located in Dasijiazi Town, Zhangwu County, Fuxin City. According to legend, during the reign of the Guangxu Emperor, the Wutaishan monk Zhu Wenjiu lived here for a long time, and vowed to engrave a thousand Buddha statues into the mountain. Although his effort was interrupted by war, the mountain still earned the name "Thousand Buddha Mountain". There are many well-preserved cliff statues here, each of them a treasure of Buddhist stone carving art. There is also a temple to the living Buddha Agu, who is said to have practiced austetics on this mountain. It is a tourist attraction that integrates cultural and religious rites, stone carving art and natural scenery.
