It was dark after the city wall, and Linji Temple was closed. At first I didn't know where it was, but when I stood on the wall and looked good, I came. It turned out to be Linji Temple. Both the distance and the close look are very beautiful and solemn.

Visit Chengling Pagoda of Zhengding Linji Temple. Chengling Pagoda of Linji Temple is located in Linji Temple in the southeast corner of Zhengding City, also known as the Qing Pagoda. It was built in the eighth year of Tang Xiantong (867). This pagoda has some origins: the monk Yixuan of the Tang Dynasty founded the Linji Sect of Buddhism in Zhengding, which became one of the important sects of Chinese Buddhism and was introduced to Japan in the Song Dynasty. Yixuan died in the seventh year of Tang Xiantong (866). In the following year, Buddhists built a tower in the southeast of Zhengding City and buried him. Linji Temple was moved and built here. The temple was destroyed early, and the blue pagoda was rebuilt during the Jin Dading reign. This temple is still the birthplace of Linji Sect and there are many believers. The green pagoda is 33 meters high and has nine levels. The tower is made of bricks and has an octagonal shape.
