Xinzheng Museum

Xinzheng Museum is located 300 meters west of Huangdi's hometown in Xinzheng City. It is the largest museum in Henan Province, County (City) and has the largest collection of cultural relics. More than 60,000 cultural relics in the existing museum, of which more than 4,400 cultural relics above the third level, are mainly displayed in stone milling plates, stone mill sticks during the Ligang culture period, and bronze ceremony instruments during the Spring and Autumn Warring States period. In September 2018, after the museum self-assessment declaration, the provincial museum industry organization evaluation, the National Museum Evaluation Committee organized expert review, and reported to the State Administration of Cultural Relics for the record, the China Museum Association decided to agree to the Xinzheng Museum as the third batch of national second-level museums.

Xinzheng has 8,000 years of Ligang culture, 5,000 years of Huangdi culture and 2700 years of Zheng Han culture. The main building of the museum is a two-story Xishan-style antique building, long 43.2 meters, wide 16 meters, high 16 meters. East and West are equipped with 11 roll-up compartments, with high-ridge moths in front of the mountain gate and the main building and the compartment mirrored each other, scattered, it is a county (city)-level comprehensive museum with local characteristics, with more than 60,000 cultural relics in the collection, is a national second-level museum, Henan Province patriotic education base, National AA-level scenic spot.
