This tiny and really nice &quot;countryside&quot; restaurant is located in the very centre of Z&uuml;rich and seems to have remained exactly how this city used to be in the 1950s. The two owners, one of Latin and one of German descent, serve kindly and very professionally at the very few tables (reservation is recommended). The interior is a comfortable wooden &ldquo;Stube&rdquo; with a quantity of interesting, some more and some less, but all very decorative, artistic pieces, some of which made by one of the owners. The plates, are simple, some cooked and some semi&ndash;cooked (according to the kitchen dimensions, I suppose). The generous portions have a hearty, countryside roughness, which is quite refreshing, after the dull food design&ndash;plate decorations witnessed in the last decades and very much in line with today&rsquo;s newest cuisine trends. Wine and Beer may be accompanied by a cheese or cold cuts platter (cf. the unusual possibility to eat J&aacute;mon Serrano in Z&uuml;rich), but also soups (I highly recommend the leak and potato cream with &ldquo;ham&ndash;hay&rdquo;), lukewarm smoked trout fillets or roasted &ldquo;Fleischk&auml;se&rdquo; (a typically Swiss cold cut, which should be roasted a little more, in my opinion) accompanied by a robust and hearty potato salad. The prices are in line (at the lower end) with Z&uuml;rich&#39;s (too high) dining prices. In conclusion: this place offers a different, informal and very pleasant evening to its guests.

A restaurant popular with Zurich locals, just off the square of the Cathedral of Our Lady (M&uuml;nsterhof), has been around for more than 700 years. It was the home of the private doctor of the convent of Notre Dame, who later sold the building to the linen weavers&#39; guild, one of the seven oldest guilds in Zurich, and some textile scenes can still be seen on the window of the restaurant. The owner of the restaurant, Sepp Wimmer, took me to the floors, where the densely-painted badges were the hallmarks of the members of the guild, on the left, the time of the company&rsquo;s establishment, and on the back, the time of joining the guild. The fountain in the square is also his magic: &quot;I can let the fountain spew wine and fill the whole pool.&quot; Still ordering my favorite Zurich veal (Z&uuml;rcher Geschnetzeltes), unlike many other restaurants that are used to cutting or shredding beef, The beef was cut into huge chunks, the meat was more delicate, and the potato cake was thicker. In addition, the fried duck liver with cherry port wine sauce was also the home dish here.

I ordered 2008 Solar de Mendieta Gran Reserva, he liked Spanish wine the most. I ordered oxtail clear soup, shared a Chateaubriand steak with Wenxi, and also ordered rabbit meat (like chicken), Veal sausage, roast chicken, all good 😋 The restaurant is also known for its art collection. Unfortunately, I am not embarrassed to shoot too much.

In Switzerland&#39;s first dinner (in China is a supper bar [cover face] [cover face]), I found a restaurant that ranked second on the review - Le Dezaley&#39;s cheese hot pot is definitely ranked first haha, like beef liver, steak. In addition to authentic cheese hot pot and sweet bread, there are wines from the Dezaley area, which are relatively expensive but really worth it!

A relatively high-end store, the main steak inside, a steak, the quality is good, it is a little small, the sauce duck tastes good, the duck meat is a little more affordable. The egg skin inside is delicious, and the roasted fire is well mastered.

Haus Zuma Rueden, my girlfriend has not seen me for a long time, and I have an appointment for a great place to gather. There is also a special handsome bartender brother here, the craftsmanship and level are very good.

We are locals. We went here recently for a lunch on Friday, seeing that their restaurant sign was boasting Swiss traditional 100 yrs of history (we did not even realise that this place existed). Don&#39;t be fooled! Food is overpriced and nothing special, and nothing really Swiss about this place either. We ordered a traditional cheese salad, one of the house specialties - but it was just shaved cheese on greens, not even a single piece of tomato. We paid sFr. 22 for a plate of this bland salad. (Salad dressing was fix-fertig Italian sauce bought from the supermarkets). Server was an Indian guy, unfriendly, told us they only take cash. Was not worth our money, time. Would never put a foot into this place again.
