Detailed Regulations
COVID-19 Testing
·Passengers aged 6 years and older must hold a hard copy of a negative RT-PCR test certificate obtained within 72 hours prior to departure. Digital test certificates will not be accepted.
·Passengers aged 6 years and older will be subject to a RT-PCR test on arrival at their own expense (20,000 CFA) and must quarantine until a result is received. Passengers may complete the payment for the test on arrival at Libreville Leon M'ba International Airport.
Forms and Visas
·Passengers aged 6 years and older must complete a Covid-19 Registration Form(Formulaire Covid-19) and hold a printed copy prior to departure. Electronic versions are not permitted.
·

Unvaccinated passengers:Passengers must hold a 5 day quarantine hotel reservation obtained prior to departure.

Vaccinated passengers: Quarantine hotel reservation is not required for passengers who hold proof they have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Other exempt passengers: 

  1. Unaccompanied minors aged younger than 18 years;
  2. Passengers travelling for medical treatment, provided holding supporting documentation; or
  3. Crew members.
