Nice rooms facing the sea and lighthouse, there was a staircase that also led to a private beach. Unfortunately, the water supply had issues, but the hotel staff promptly helped to arrange us to be able to shower elsewhere. While slightly inconvenient, it made for memorable experience buggy-ing down a main road.

This is my second stay here. I stayed here on my last visit as well, and chose it again this time. Parking is very convenient and cheap, only 6 yuan for a whole day. This time, I was upgraded to a three-bedroom unit. Coincidentally, it was in the same courtyard as my previous stay. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the pool water is also very clean. Ordering takeout to the room is super convenient. My family really loved the room. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Sanya.

It was a pleasant trip. The room was quite spacious, and the sea-view balcony offered a stunning view. The hygiene was excellent, the amenities were complete, and even the room itself was very clean. We really enjoyed cooking our own meals too. The service attitude was great.

We changed to a big villa before checking in this time, which was very worthwhile. This villa party was so much fun! The large seaside villa is newly renovated with new furniture and appliances. It is a four-story villa with an elevator and is very close to the sea. The house is large enough to accommodate the laughter of each of us. Some people are sitting on the sofa chatting, some are showing off their cooking skills in the kitchen, and some are competing with playing cards or mahjong machines. Where there are friends, ordinary days can also shine.
A group of people, a villa, and a whole happy weekend! From afternoon barbecues to nightly truth or dares, the laughter never stops. With you, every moment is full of surprises, every memory is invaluable, and I look forward to our next reunion!
There is no solution to life, just go wild outdoors. In this villa, we played from the afternoon until late at night, singing, playing games, and sharing each other's stories. Time became slow and beautiful. I hope our friendship will always be hot, and I will be with you at the next gathering!
The space and yard of the villa are very large. There are large restaurants on the ground floor and downstairs, KTV, outdoor slides, swimming pools, etc. The lighting at night is also very beautiful, and both adults and children have a lot of fun. This place is suitable for large gatherings, company team building, weddings, etc., recommended!

The hotel assigns a butler to each room, who you can contact via WeChat for service requests. They are responsive and efficient. The hotel is located in the Clear Water Bay Diamond Coast community, close to the Singing Sands of Clear Water Bay, the Lighthouse of Freedom, and Chiling Village, known for its seafood foraging. Transportation is relatively convenient, but since it's Lingshui and not Sanya, taxis might take a bit longer to arrive. It's a shame there's no breakfast or an on-site restaurant. However, it boasts its own coastline with clear water and white sand, which is quite nice, and the sea views are excellent. The rooms also have a large balcony with an expansive view.

✨Service Experience
It's a villa hotel with dedicated butler service, which was very convenient for check-in. The butler also contacted us in advance to share check-in details and information about nearby amenities and entertainment facilities.
🏨Room Selection
We chose a three-story pool villa, 1080 RMB/night.
The room decor and facilities were a bit dated, but the master bedroom was very spacious. The pool was well-maintained, and we had a lot of fun playing in it. Changing clothes was also very convenient.
The pristine environment was wonderful. We encountered snails, frogs, geckos, and other insects at night, which was incredibly exciting. We were reluctant to leave, making it a unique experience.

The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic! The direct sea view is incredibly therapeutic – watching the ocean every day really lifts your spirits. We stayed in Building 3 for three nights, but couldn't extend our stay there, so we moved to Building 2 for another three nights. The 17th floor in Building 2 was superb! It's about a 20-minute walk to the duty-free shop.
Swimming in the downstairs pool was so much fun; I loved watching all the happy kids splashing around every day.
Atlantis Waterpark is just a pleasant 7-8 minute walk away.
The cleaning service was very thorough and responsible.
Compared to a regular Airbnb, a serviced apartment like this has the added bonus of daily cleaning, which is great.
Everything was perfect except for the slow internet connection. I hope it's better next time I visit!

In fact, these are apartments in a closed area of 5-story 2-3 entrance houses. The area is 20-30 minutes away from the sea on foot. There is no sidewalk along the highway, you need to walk along the grass to the next area - that's where the path begins. By taxi 10-15 yuan to the beach. Or bus 349 for 2 yuan. 15 minutes up the road there is a bus station with buses to Dodonghai and the train station.
There is no hotel counter as such. Upon arrival, we called the taxi driver by phone. Somehow I did not take into account that it was necessary to contact in advance.
On the first day, the owner drove around the area, showed everything, where to eat by the sea, where the mountain park is, where to eat in the village at the entrance to the park, where the shops are.
Also, the owner always helped with questions via WeChat and told how to get where. He walked us to the taxi.
The area itself is amazing. Tropical forest and bush. The paths are swept, the area is generally well-kept. In the center there is a swimming pool with a children's section and three sun loungers. One section of the pool is dry. Since the Chinese in this area are not particularly fond of water procedures, the pool was entirely ours. Right there in the Central building there is a shop with fruits, vegetables and instant noodles. In the morning they cook noodles right there.
Now the room. The entrance is moderately uncleaned. For some reason there is an old mattress outside the door. Inside the room is spacious. A large living room combined with a kitchen, a large balcony with blooming palm trees, a small bedroom with a large bed. The bed linen is good, clean. There is a washing machine, a frying pan, a saucepan, plates, a refrigerator. Washing powder, shower gel and detergent were there.
But the repair and furniture, plumbing are old, with traces of history. Under the bed and nightstands have not been washed. The shower stall also has a touch of history. Great huge bathtub, but with dangling plumbing. Apparently we had to do the cleaning ourselves. Mop available. Somewhere there were non-working lamps, streaks and peeling paint on the ceiling, dirty windows, tiles broken in places.
Toilet paper was brought. The soap ran out - we bought it ourselves.
Dear owner, please do not be offended by an honest review. It's not that someone is used to five-star hotels. The right expectations of guests form the right impression of the stay. I have no doubt that the room was worth the money. But guests should understand what to expect. A general cleaning would be very welcome.

Room: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 2nd floor
Needs: Traveling with a friend of the opposite sex, we needed our own space, hence the 2-bathroom room. We wanted to enjoy the services of Yalong Bay, but our budget was limited (PS: in high-end hotels in Yalong Bay, the public areas are freely accessible, so we didn't consider staying there).
Environment: Located in a building within a high-end residential area, with access control, two apartments per floor. The central swimming pool is similar to the pictures, very photogenic. The room is spacious, and the decor is surprisingly good.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean. As for the Hainan-specific marine life, I encountered it once outside, and I suspect it's likely to be found anywhere; just call someone to disinfect it.
Service: A dedicated butler contacted us and guided us to parking. Messages in the WeChat group were always answered instantly. Any price discrepancies were handled very well.

A Private Rendezvous with the Azure Sea and Sky
First Encounter: A Secluded Villa Shrouded by Coconut Groves
As the car drove onto the private driveway of Sanya Haitang Bay, with coconut trees lining both sides like green sentinels welcoming us, I instantly understood the meaning of ”tropical paradise.” This private villa is nestled within a 20-acre private garden, surrounded by century-old trees and tropical flowers, feeling like an isolated oasis. The main building's off-white architecture blends perfectly with the natural landscape, and the floor-to-ceiling windows frame the 180-degree sea view into a dynamic painting, with every corner reflecting the designer's ingenuity.
Space: A Poetic Dialogue Between Modernity and Nature
The villa's interior is a symphony of minimalism and tropical charm. The vaulted ceilings in the high-ceilinged living room allow the sea breeze to flow freely, and the wooden furniture and rattan decorations exude a rustic warmth. The most stunning feature is the master bedroom's ”stargazing hot tub”; at night, soaking in the private pool while gazing at the starry sky, with the distant sound of waves as natural white noise, is simply magical. The guest rooms are equally well-appointed, each with an independent viewing terrace, waking up to sunshine and birdsong in the morning, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night.
Service: Invisible Luxury Experience
The butler team acted as invisible guardians, from the chilled towels upon arrival to the rose petals on the bed at night; every detail was meticulously designed. A private chef could customize a seafood feast according to our preferences. Enjoying freshly caught groupers and wagyu hot pot under the stars, accompanied by custom cocktails, was a dual feast for the taste buds and vision. Most memorable was the morning yoga session, where a professional instructor led us on the ocean-facing terrace, allowing us to feel the sea breeze and achieve a spiritual awakening.
Activities: Tailor-Made Island Time
The villa offers a rich selection of activities: morning kayaking adventures, afternoon surfing lessons, and evening yacht parties. We chose a sunset cruise, witnessing the sky's gradient from azure to crimson on a private yacht, with champagne bubbles dancing with the waves. Upon our return, the butler had already arranged a sea-view dinner, with candles and lanterns creating a dreamy light strip on the beach.
Reflection: Redefining the Meaning of Vacation
This is not just accommodation; it's a proposal for a lifestyle. Merging with the sea and sky in the infinity pool, rewatching classic movies in the outdoor cinema, and leaving footprints on the private beach. Every design element of the villa speaks volumes: true luxury is not about material accumulation but about the depth of dialogue with nature and oneself. On the morning of departure, I took away not just photos but also a memory of a slow-paced life, reminding us that in this fast-paced world, there's always a sea worth pausing for.
Postscript: This place taught me that the highest level of vacation is becoming a ”temporary islander” – exploring the secrets of coral reefs during the day, listening to local Tanka stories by the bonfire at night, and ultimately returning to daily life with a soul caressed by the sea breeze.

GGuest UserDue to the Chinese New Year peak season, Atlantis was charging over 5K RMB, and I'd stayed there twice when it was around 2K. So, this time I opted for a guesthouse in Atlantis Tang'an, which was closest and offered better value for money. There are at least four or five guesthouses here, and I ultimately chose Kaimi because their advice was professional, genuine, and their service was excellent. The complex features three high-rise residential buildings and many villas, all quite close to each other. The environment is fantastic, and it's incredibly close to the duty-free shop and Atlantis. Ordering takeout, dining out, and getting a taxi are all super convenient. The guesthouse even has its own restaurant and supermarket, making it a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle.
We stayed in a high-rise sea view room in Building 1, which the owner kindly upgraded for us – a huge thank you for that! Stepping out of a small gate, you're right at Atlantis, and you can freely access the hotel lobby (to see the aquarium) and the pool. Getting to the beach is also very easy. Our two-bedroom unit could comfortably accommodate a family of five. The large balcony was perfect for drying clothes and even offered a great view for watching the sunrise. The big bathtub on the balcony looked amazing for photos, though my kids were too young to try it. Overall, it was a really excellent experience. The owner also went above and beyond to help me find a lost item, which was incredibly thoughtful ❤️

GGuest UserThis trip back home, I brought my kids and stayed in the Family Water Fun Room. The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy, and there was even a small pool on the balcony. The hotel itself is quite large, and right across from the balcony is a huge public swimming area with a water park for children. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and kept saying how much fun it was here.
After a long, exhausting day out sightseeing, we returned to find the cleaning staff had folded towels into little elephants on our bed. It instantly wiped away our fatigue – a really pleasant and touching surprise!
We booked a room with breakfast included, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which tasted great.
Overall, the hotel's services were excellent, and our stay was very enjoyable. Definitely a five-star recommendation!

GGuest UserThis was our first hotel stay in Sanya. Before booking, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, so I decided to book just one night to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised – overall, I'm very satisfied and regret only booking one night.
**Cleanliness:** The room was very clean and the bedding was super comfortable. You can tell the room has been renovated; there were none of the mold or aging signs mentioned in other reviews.
**Service:** The front desk staff was polite, and check-in was very quick. The staff had already turned on the AC before we arrived. The shuttle bus was available on call; we stayed in the innermost villa, and the longest we waited was only five or six minutes.
**Food:** The breakfast area was very crowded. We arrived late and had to walk around twice to find a seat. There was a good variety of Chinese and Western options, with plenty to choose from. We booked dinner upon check-in, and there were many choices available. The 'zaopo cu' hotpot was decent, and there was ample seating.
**Facilities:** The swimming pool was very clean, with no leaves or insects floating around. My husband immediately jumped in and swam a couple of laps. It's also a great spot for photos. At night, the surroundings were very quiet, with no noise. The bathroom had a double vanity, and the bathtub was very large.
**Only two minor regrets:**
1. The window in the bedroom facing the courtyard door had a slight gap and didn't close completely. I was worried about insects getting in at night. I suggest sealing it.
2. According to the platform photos, my room type was supposed to have sun loungers by the pool, but there weren't any in reality.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect
JJiaqiThe customer service was excellent, with prompt responses to any questions. The hotel's location is a bit remote, making it suitable for those driving. If you rely on taxis, I wouldn't recommend staying here, as there are few nearby restaurants. We were traveling with three generations, so our parents could cook here. We also bought groceries at the Nantian Farmers Market, five minutes from the hotel. The food there is cheaper than in downtown Sanya. The kids could spend the afternoon soaking in the pool. For the beach, use the navigation system to find the Rosewood Hotel, a three-minute drive away. There's a small path to the right of the lobby entrance that leads directly to the beach. The only downside to staying in the courtyard is the sheer number of mosquitoes, even mosquito coils don't help. I spent two weeks in Sanya, staying in several hotels and B&Bs, and didn't get many bites, but I got a leg ulcer here.
MM28wllqmz****The room was very clean and well-equipped, with no strange odors and great ventilation. The surroundings were also quiet, and the room itself was spacious, even including a living room and kitchen. The bed was clean, and the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly, even offering free pickup and drop-off. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserNice rooms facing the sea and lighthouse, there was a staircase that also led to a private beach. GGuest UserSanitation is pretty good, very clean. You can also karaoke, swim, etc. in the villa, and the facilities are very complete. The butler service is good, and they will contact me in advance to ask me when I will arrive at the villa. You don't need to go to the front desk, you can check in directly at the villa, which is very convenient.
GGuest User**Haitang Bay Private Pool Villa - 5-Star Review 🌊✨**
This stay was absolutely perfect! The villa offered exceptional privacy; just open the courtyard gate to your private, azure pool – perfect for a romantic swim under the stars anytime 🏊♀️. The room design was incredibly luxurious.
The butler service was impeccable; they even adjusted the pool water temperature perfectly for us! The location is superb; a 5-minute walk to the fine white sand beach. After a long day of playing, relaxing in the hammock in the courtyard and listening to the waves – this is true island living! The kitchen was fully equipped, making it super convenient to buy seafood and have a BBQ ourselves.
GGuest UserVery satisfied, clean and complete facilities, the boss is very nice and will deliver anything you need immediately. The scenery is beautiful and my family had a great time. I will come to your house again next time.
