I stayed for one night while visiting a client. The room was very small, and the bathroom light was broken when I checked in. I had to use the flashlight from my cell phone to take a shower. What's even more bizarre is that there was no hair dryer in the room. When I asked the front desk, they said there was only one hair dryer in the whole hotel. I had to borrow one from the front desk. If it was borrowed by someone else, I had to wait until the other person used it. It took me about an hour and I went to the front desk 3 times to borrow a hair dryer.

It's been 3 times this week that I've come, the first 2 rooms were niquel, the 3rd well not great and on the road so who had room in the first building

Good but woken up in the morning by a service person who was on the phone and speaking very loudly

The Restaurant and the meals were nice and good. The pitcher wine was too expensive. The welcome at the reception unfriendly. The rooms are ugly, dirty and old. The bed and blanket were smelling as never been washed. The old nasty carpet gave us the rest. Never again campanile.

No problems encountered. Room meets group standards, no surprises. Friendly and competent staff. Restaurant and breakfast correct and dishes well served. No downside for a young and dynamic team. THANKS

I travel to this hotel very often, I highly recommend it, the staff are pleasant and super responsive, the Campanile restaurant is one of the best in the whole of the Grand Est, the meals are very generous and very good. Sincerely

Cleanliness to be reviewed. Sticky bed shelf, drips on the “cupboard” very strong smell of cold tobacco. Door very difficult to open but also to close from the outside. Bathroom door to be revised difficult to close. Positive point: great welcome.

Without surprise. The campaniles are all configured on the same model. But time has had its effect and the equipment is a little outdated. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom correct without being exemplary. Average soundproofing. Comfortable bedding and effective blinds at the window which allow you to sleep in the dark. Very complete breakfast buffet. Restaurant not tried. Average reception: depends on the interlocutors. Very professional night watchman, receptionist too. The woman who takes care of breakfast, on the other hand, is rather unpleasant.

I stayed one night during my trip from Normandy to Italy, it is in a very convenient position two minutes from the motorway exit, it is located in a commercial area so shops, supermarket and fast food can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The room was very clean and welcoming, TV, wi-fi, air conditioning worked perfectly, there was also a kettle with tea and coffee bags and biscuits, but it absolutely needs renovation, first of all remove the carpet, buy a new kettle, repaint the walls and remember to put toilet paper in the bathroom!!! For 57 euros (including the fee for my dog) I demand toilet paper!!! It certainly doesn't have the standards of other Campanile hotels, I should have deduced it from the lower than average price...

Clean room, campanile type, in good overall condition... on the other hand, it's in the restaurant that changes everything... we are far from the campanile restaurants where the food is empty and reheats..... there's a guy who cooks there is a beautiful menu, and I have been there twice since the beginning of the year and frankly the meal is excellent,, you enjoy yourself at the table, without or linking the staff who are very friendly

Inside the room the door did not close, it was necessary to wedge it with a chair, and the door closed only with great difficulty when we came out. It would probably be necessary to indicate to the people who make the rooms , that when the customer hangs the "Do not disturb" sign on the door and also tells them verbally not to clean the room, they avoid knocking on the door and opening it when we are there. inside... And even worse, they come in when you're not there, open the shutter wide, pick up a towel from the floor without replacing it, and in the background another one falls out which they leave on the floor...
