It was in good mechanical condition; the car had a few minor issues, all of which were addressed before the rental. They were very attentive and the rental process was super fast—everything was excellent.

Picking up and dropping off the vehicle wasn't difficult. However, they did try to steer the situation in a way that made an upgrade feel almost inevitable. I ended up upgrading as well (for an additional 60 euros). Other than that, there were absolutely no other issues. The card refund was processed immediately as well.
